I am aware that providing data in the registration form and submitting it is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of processing. Failure to provide data will make registration and participation in the congress impossible. I am aware of my rights under the law, including the right to withdraw consent, and that withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any actions taken prior to the withdrawal. The consents given are valid now and in the future, provided that the purpose of processing does not change, or there is no objection to the processing of personal data, request for data deletion, request to cease data processing, or withdrawal of consent.

I consent to the unlimited, both in terms of time and territory, and unpaid use of my image in connection with participation in the Congress by the Congress organizers in informational and promotional materials used for the promotion of the Congress and Wrocław University of Science and Technology. This consent includes all forms of publication in the following fields of exploitation: print, digital distribution, public playback, media rebroadcasting, websites, and publication in newspapers and magazines.
